Welcome To My Page

I truly believe no two births, women, or babies are the same, something we all need to remember in order to make a mother's birth optimal. I am an incredibly empathetic, caring, outgoing and funny person and I am very much looking forward to supporting a mum-to-be in one of the most important experiences of her life. Through my training I have become passionate about birth and ensuring that each woman's birth is made her own.

Finally Catching up



Phew! I am finally catching up on all the articles I have been meaning to read, comment on and post! The holidays and wedding planning hurt my brain!

Here is an interesting blog post on the various STORAGE GUIDELINES for breast milk. Very interesting to see which groups advise what depending on where their interest lie.

And another interesting post about The Illusion of Choice in childbirth within our society.
